I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were a bit on the older side but spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with our dogs. However, the service could use some improvement as the communication was a bit difficult at times. The location was great for visiting elephant sanctuaries, but it’s a good 40 minutes outside of Chiang Mai, which may not suit everyone.
